Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Applicable to Slackroid Marketplace (backup.slackroid.com)
The Returns, Refunds, and Exchange policy is a scheme provided by various sellers listed on Slackroid Marketplace’s website, available at backup.slackroid.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). This policy allows customers the option to return or exchange items purchased on the Platform within the specified return or exchange period as detailed on the product details page, subject to applicable terms and conditions set forth under this policy and other policies that may be updated from time to time.
Key Terms
- The return or exchange period for any item is clearly mentioned on the respective product page.
- Eligible products must be in original condition, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Used, damaged, or tag-missing products will not qualify and may be sent back to the customer.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method after approval.
Returns Policy
The product description page explicitly states whether a product is returnable. Products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned. Returnable products are subject to conditions mentioned on the product page and this policy. Slackroid Marketplace reserves the right to refuse returns for products sold under offers, promotions, discounts, or if returned in an unacceptable condition.
Non-Returnable Products
For products marked as non-returnable, exchange requests may be permitted as per applicable policies. In select cases, a return may be authorized at the sole discretion of Slackroid Marketplace through customer support.
Return Refusal Conditions
- Incorrect return process followed
- Wrong, extra, or incomplete product returned
- Fraudulent or bad faith activity
- Excessive returns or policy abuse
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Return Reason Categories
Wrong Product: Wrong size, different color, or completely different product delivered.
Defective Product: Dirty, stained, broken, or torn items.
Incomplete Product: Missing components or less quantity delivered.
Exchange Policy
Exchange eligibility can be checked in the “My Orders” section. Exchanges depend on stock availability, address serviceability, seller rating, and other quality metrics.
Exchanges are not permitted if the customer no longer desires the product or if inherent quality limitations exist.
Price differences during exchange must be settled accordingly. If the replacement product is unavailable, the exchange may be converted into a return at Slackroid Marketplace’s discretion.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Return & Exchange Process
- Check eligibility in “My Orders”.
- Initiate return or exchange request.
- Return or Exchange ID is generated.
- Prepare product with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Quality check at pickup and final inspection.
Products failing quality checks will be sent back without refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed to the original payment source. Return shipping costs, if applicable, may be deducted. Promotional benefits are forfeited upon return.
COD refunds are processed to bank accounts or Slackroid Marketplace Balance based on user preference.
Refund Timelines
- All refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received and approved after quality inspection.
Instant Refunds
Instant Refunds are available only for eligible Cash on Delivery orders and are initiated within 3 hours of successful pickup, subject to quality checks and system confirmation. The refunded amount may take up to 14 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account. Slackroid Marketplace reserves the right to refuse Instant Refunds in cases of fraud, technical limitations, or manual intervention.
Additional Guidelines
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and complete.
- Electronics must be reset with all personal data removed.
- Warranty cards, where applicable, must be included.
- Returned or exchanged items are not eligible for further claims.
Policy Governance
All claims are subject to evaluation and approval by Slackroid Marketplace. The policy may be modified at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version available on the platform.
